We provide our spectrum of community-based residential services (24-hour care to partial day programs) for people with mental illness and other medical, intellectual, and developmental challenges.
Our dedicated staff works with residents to improve coping skills, relationships, physical fitness and nutrition, practice independent living and work skills, express creativity, explore spirituality, and determine effective medication.
This type of transportation is for supporting access to the community.
To receive socialization, it must be part of the client’s service plan and relate to established goals and outcomes.
